Services Included in the Registration Fee:
- Name badge, congress bag, certificate of participation, and access to congress event areas
- The registration fees listed above include access to scientific sessions, coffee breaks, refreshments, and lunch.
- All participants and company representatives must be registered.

- Gala dinner fee applies to participants not staying at the congress hotel.
- The fees indicated above are exclusive of VAT.

Services Included in the Accommodation Fees:
- 3 nights' full-board accommodation and includes the gala dinner.
- Check-in date: April 2, 2026 – Check-out date: April 5, 2026. The 3-night accommodation package cannot be divided.
- Hotel check-in time: 14:00 – Check-out time: 12:00.
- The above registration fees (20%) and accommodation fees (12%) are subject to VAT.
- The list of accommodation names must be notified to Bumerang Group by March 1, 2026 at the latest.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the organization secretariat.
- For cancellations received by February 1, 2026, all fees will be refunded.
- For cancellations received after February 1, 2026 and before March 1, 2026, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- For cancellations received after March 1, 2026, no refunds will be made; however, name changes will be accepted.
For participants who do not obtain accommodation services through the congress agency during the congress, a daily external participant fee of 200 EURO+VAT (20%) will be charged. External participation hours cover 08:00–18:00.
TRANSFER FEES
- One-way group transfer between Kayseri or Nevşehir Airport and the congress hotel: €60 + VAT
- Private or individual transfer requests will be budgeted separately.
- Requests that are not fully paid and confirmed in advance cannot be guaranteed; these procedures must be completed before the start of the congress.
- For transfer planning, flight details must be sent by e-mail at least 10 days before the start of the congress.
- VAT will be added to the transfer fees specified above.

- All courses will be held simultaneously on April 5, 2026, between 09:00 and 11:00.
- Due to the simultaneous nature of all courses, participants can only attend one course.
- COURSE 4 - Dr. Rita PAIVA course consists of a total of 10 lessons, with the first course date being March 1, 2026. All courses in this section will be conducted online, and only the last lesson on April 5, 2026, will be for certification. Certificates will be given face-to-face by Dr. Rita PAIVA.
- Upon completion of the course, participants will be given a "participation certificate".
- Registration is mandatory for course participation.
- VAT will be added to course participation fees.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Bumerang Group Reklam ve Organizasyon LTD. ŞTİ., the official congress secretariat.
- For cancellation requests received before February 1, 2026, 90% of the paid registration and accommodation fee will be refunded, after deducting 10% bank charges.
- For cancellation requests received after February 1, 2026, no refunds will be made.
- After February 1, 2026, only name changes will be accepted.
- All refunds will be processed after the congress.
