The aim of this course is to observe broad strategies for the management of chronic pelvic pain management through in-office distance treatment approaches. This program covers a variety of subjects such as pelvic ultrasonography and elastography, neuromodulation techniques, trigger point injections, botox injections for vulvodynia and dyspareunia, use of hysteroscopy in pelvic pain and adenomyosis treatment, bladder instilations, bio-feedback, magnetic field treatment, and sono-electromagnetic treatment. The program also introduces tools and techniques used in treatment of chronic pain related to endometriosis. |

The significance of pelvic floor ultrasonography is increasing in our clinical practice. Today, every gynecologist should learn and be able to use this method. This method is also of great importance to physiotherapists. Pelvic floor ultrasonography has become an essential method in the diagnosis and management of patients with pelvic floor disturbances. In this course, pelvic floor ultrasonography will be demonstrated to the participants. They will learn neuromodulation techniques and become familiar with the technological devices used in pelvic pain treatment.
